On the night before Halloween we had a family pumpkin carving. Everyone got in on the fun. We did learn that those cheapie tools you get in the kit are horrible and we have to come up with some better tools next year! Parker did an great job planning out his pumkin and completing the design. 
Daddy helped Kelsey get hers going and baby Johnnie just like being able to stand on the chair i the middle of all the action. 
The big silver bowl we put the pumpkin seeds in. Mom's job was to pull all the seeds so they could be cooked the next day. Sorry....no seeds this year...they all went in the trash after soaking for two days in the silver bowl!
Since Johnnie wasn't allowed to have any tools he decided he could still partipate and eat pumpkin!

And while all the other kids were fast asleep in various places, the pumpkin princess baby Ava was still going strong.
