Today was kelsey's first real bike ride! Before she only rode a couple houses away so today I took her for a real ride. We actualy rode around the block! I followed her on my bike with johnnie and she did real well, I'm so proud of her. She did ride off the sidewalk one time and fell over and got upset and cried, but I got her right back on the bike and got her going again. Then when we got to the corner I told her to follow the sidewalk but she started into the street, of course I was right by her and caught her before she could. Then she got the hang of it and did well the rest of the ride. She's learning. Now I just need to teach her how to use the brakes!!!
That's really good!! We FINALLY just recently had Parker ask us to take off the training wheels on his bike. He does not go bike riding very often hence the still having training wheels. He usually just likes to ride his razor scooter..he now is finally wanting to bike ride...I guess the next thing is roller skates!!
